Shipping policy

To help ensure your gifts arrive on time, please refer to the shipping chart below for our recommended ordering deadlines. These dates are guidelines only, and while we do our best to meet them, unforeseen delays due to weather, postal strikes, or other circumstances may occur and are unfortunately beyond our control. If you need your items by a specific date, we encourage you to plan accordingly.

Most of the lower mainland: Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Surrey, Vancouver, West Vancouver and White Rock.

DEC 15th

Calgary and Edmonton.

DEC 14th

Rest of British Columbia, rest of Alberta and Saskatchewan.

DEC 12th

Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, Montreal and Gatineau region.

DEC 10th

Rest of Ontario, rest of Quebec,  Manitoba and Atlantic Provinces.

Your Order Is in Great Hands

We’re pleased to let you know that all online orders are now shipped directly from our central warehouse in Vancouver, BC. Please note that orders don’t ship from individual Rocky Mountain Chocolate retail locations. That said, same-day delivery through one of our trusted delivery partners and in-store pickup remain available for eligible customers.

While we’ll do everything possible to process and ship your order quickly, we recommend placing orders early to allow extra time for delivery. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get your sweet treats to you as quickly as possible!


Shipping Limitations

Please note: We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.

Shipments to APO, FPO, RR or P.O. boxes are not accepted. The following provinces are also excluded; Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon. Some remote locations may be subject to additional shipping costs.
